Bookings are for full weeks only.
Arrival and departure day is Saturday: arrival from 2pm, departure by 10am.

Confirmation of booking
We require a deposit of 10% as confirmation of booking; your booking is only confirmed once we receive this. You will then receive a letter of confirmation. The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date; we cannot guarantee your booking if we have not received payment by this time.

Cancellation
Deposits will be refunded on cancellations made up to 6 weeks before the arrival date.

Party Numbers
The property can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and no more.

Prices
Prices for each week are shown on the pricing schedule, and include full use of the facilities, bed linen and electricity. Please note: we provide personal towels and pool towels.
