1. Contract of Hire
The contract is for hire of the property for holiday purposes only.
We do not accept bookings from persons under 18 years of age.

2. Initial Payment
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 10% deposit. If the booking is made within six weeks of the holiday commencement then payment of the full rental amount will be required.

3. Balance of Payment
The Balance of Hire will be due six weeks before the holiday start date. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the full balance has not been received by 21 days before the holiday start date.

4. Electricity
Electricity is included in the rental price.

5. Linen and Towels
Bed linen, personal towels and pool towels are included in the price.

6. Pets
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets at Le Tamaris.

7. Cleaning
The house is cleaned thoroughly between holidays. We should be grateful if you would leave the property and its contents clean and tidy after your stay.

8. Damages
There is a Damage Deposit of £100, payable at the time of booking, and which is fully refundable providing no damage has occurred. Please advise us of all damages and breakages to enable us to do any repairs as quickly as possible. Minor breakages will not normally be charged for.
